I started teaching 14 years ago after graduating from the University of Montevallo with a degree in Early Childhood and then later acquired my Master's Degree at the University of Alabama. I am also a National Board certified teacher in Early Childhood! I have taught Kindergarten and Third Grade, but currently I teach First Grade at Appalachian Elementary.
I am originally from Ashville, AL where I graduated High School way back in 1991.
I am married to a great guy, Shawn. We live in Oneonta.

Emma is 10, Jack is 4, and Maggie is 2 1/2.
They keep me really busy.

with my family.But if I could do anything for fun,
it would be to go shopping or read (or watch)
